My Ac unit went out on a Thursday night and no one followed up with me after submitting emergency maintenance form online as well as calling and leaving several messages. ************************* didnt seem to care and after speaking with her on Monday they still couldnt get anyone out until Tuesday afternoon . Things ran very smooth when ***** was working never had any issues or complaints until she went out for knee replacement surgery .
