Shearer replaces my back door and door frame for me. Unknown to me at the time they did not add any flashing to the exterior back door. They used a foam gap sealer but left gaps and spaces to the door has continued to leak water whenever it rains. I reached out to them by phone and was told my project was "to small". I reached out to them by email and they blew me off and didn't respond at all. They didn't stand being their workmanship, didn't apologize, didn't do anything to fix the issue.
