Bought a 2023 GMC Sierra Brand new for a work truck in November of 2023. With only 25,000 the transmission shit out I was told 1 month before the parts would be in for me to get it back. I could have a rental car which doesnt help me for work but whatever. Well I paid Lyft to get a ride down today to get my rental car and they told me id have to come back tomorrow. Going to try another brand and dealership for my next truck
I found this all out after the deal had been done. This shady sales dept completely took advantage of my wife (and myself since I had to sign on to the loan) while she was shopping for a more adequate winter vehicle. They tricked her into getting a used courtesy vehicle for around 37k, far more than the car was even worth brand new. This sales staff is lower than shady used car salesmen, absolute scum. They've ignored all requests to make this right. Do yourselves a favor and shop somewhere else.
