Shearer Carpentry put in a new acoustic tile ceiling in our basement which replaced the one we had done ourselves 23 years ago. We had had a difficult time finding a company to do the work and were excited when they accepted the job. They were a pleasure to work with, very responsive and reliable. The work they did was outstanding and we so appreciate that they were able to complete the teardown and replacement in two days. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do another project on our home in the future.
Great experience working with Jesse and his team. We got into a lot of problems doing our first rehab and are extremely grateful to have found these guys. The knowledge, experience, professionalism, and commitment these guys brought made the difference and got the project to the finish line. Highly recommend these guys. This company did work on my home that I was getting ready to sell. They claimed that they “accidentally “ shredded my payment and I needed to send out another payment ASAP. My computer was down from moving so I didn’t think twice about sending them another check…only to realize it indeed been cashed and they were trying to scam me out of more money. I put stop on the payment. Do not do business with these people.
