I called to make an appointment for a haircut for this Saturday or next. I left a message which the voicemail said a call would be returned at end of business day. Well it's 2 days later and I never received a call back. In my opinion this is not good customer service and I figured if they didn't want my business I would go somewhere else. I have an appointment for Saturday at another salon. Sad cause I wanted to try this salon.

Best salon in town. You know it's good when my teenage son gets excited to come here and get his hair cut and permed vs. going to sports clips or anywhere else. Stacey was very patient with him during his first perm and his thousands of questions about it. We highly recommend Stacey!

For the many years that I went here to get my hair cut I had a wonderful experience. That was until they started to not pick up my calls, which I found curious as I had never had an issue with any of the staff. I attempted to leave voice-mails in order to try and schdule appointments, none of which were responded to or acknowledged. Sadly, I do feel like I know the reason that they have cut contact with me.
