Isaw Amy and part of the perm didn't take and after I told them I was not offered any solution. Then I told her to cut it because it was just straight and she got one side much lower than the other side and I asked her not to cut anything but the back but she cut all over and it was too short. Very disappointed. She was very nice and I'm surprised she didn't offer any resolution. I was very happy with the first perm.
