I was looking for a new salon in the Findlay area, and was happy to find one that would take me within the week. I booked online, and the day before I was supposed to go, I came down with a bad cold. According to their policy, you need to call within 24 hours to cancel; otherwise, you will be charged a 50% fee, which I did. 2 stars, 1 for at least seeing my messages quickly, and 1 for responding. For a place using social media to vote for them as "best of Findlay 2024", they have done a terrible job bringing in one new potential forever client. My original, trusted, and best hair person I ever had moved businesses and I've reached my breaking point of saving money and time with not getting my hair done.
