The customer service was very rude and poor. I went in for a haircut, the lady washed my hair and then cut it. When she was done I noticed and pointed out to her about some places with uneven hair and the haircut wasn’t done properly, she asked me in return “so what should I do?”. After that she kept blabbering about how she would not provide any service to people from out community and didn’t even blow dry the hair. Had to walk out with wet hair in strong wind outside.

This hair dresser (who works alone) was kind enough to fit me into her schedule. However, she did not hear that I was comfortable with the length of my hair, but it just needed some styling, and to not cut the hair too short at the crown. She took at least 3 inches off my hair all the way around and cut my hair WAY too short at the crown. Therefore, my hair is sticking up there all the time and there isn't a thing I can do about it. I, personally, do not feel this is anywhere near a good haircut. So much for growing my hair ... read more
