Inquired at this salon to get extension, well Rachel reached out and was happy to help and get the process going. Wanted to get me in for a consultation and I agreed. She told me there was a deposit required to book that wich I said was fine I just needed a day to get that taken care of. Ok great there was no issue she then sent me all the payment methods had me apply and all for them, next day I received a message asking if appointment could change I responded then I was ghosted by the salon.
