This is a great salon. Especially when things go right. And Lauren is a talented stylist. Even when the outcome of the service she provides isn’t what you described. Nor what you wanted. Don't go unless you want orange frizzy hair and for them to ignore you when you try to communicate. I had a highlight and a keratin treatment and two days later I had orange frizzy hair that smelled like chemicals. It was Awful. I had to go to a color correction specialist and it took three hours to make my hair somewhat presentable plus I had to have it cut short due to the damage.
