Went in for a wash cut and style with Hali.. she was running about 15 minutes late...was the fastest wash I've ever had. Showed her a picture of what I wanted...sure we can do that. Snip Snip your done. Style???. One side was flat to my head and the other side was sticking straight out. I have never seen a style like that and it certainly wasn't like the picture. I really couldn't even tell I had even had a hair cut till I got home and restyled it myself and discovered it was about 2 inches longer on one side. I was so embar... read more

Called and setup an appointment for last exstionsions. A few hours before my babysitter canceled but I didn't want to leave the girl at such short notice so I went far out of my and paid double for a different sitter. As I'm about to drop them off exactly 1 hour before the appointment that we've had booked.for two weeks she text and said something had came up that she would have to reschedule. I understand things happen. But also never got back with me about rescheduling. Obviously doesn't want or need business.
