Being new to the area, right before the holidays, I had a very hard time getting an appointment anywhere. When I called Shear Shack, they bent over backwards, worked together as team, and got me in. Not one other place even attempted to try. I was instantly impressed with their customer service. Christina has been fantastic with my very difficult, thin hair. I saw Christina for the first time on Saturday for a haircut. The salon is beautiful, and very clean. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I would definitely recommend!
