We arrived 10 minutes early. A lady asked us if we had an appointment and told her the name. She looked at the schedule to see who the stylist was and said she wasn't in yet. We waited 20 minutes before she actually arrived. She didn't start the appointment until it had been 30 minutes past the appointment time.
