I needed a haircut as my hair got too long. My hair stylist was not available so I decided to go to this hair salon. I took a picture of my original haircut, unfortunately it could not be matched. Not happy with the results. I was promised a “curly hair” haircut. They do not have experience working with curly hair. I regretted to have gone to this place. First and last for me. Waiting for my hair to grow back so my hair stylist can fix this mess.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in for a simple haircut -straight cut—no wash, no blow dry, no styling—yet I was charged $50. Later, I checked the pricing and saw it should have been $45, so I was overcharged as well. On top of that, the cut itself was not done well. I went in today to get highlights and overall it was a great experience. It was my first time ever going to a salon to bleach my hair and Karla was amazing. She treated me well and offered me water and candy because the whole process took about four hours. At the end, she gave me tips on how to take care of my hair too! I would definitely recommend coming here
