My granddaughter referred me to Reece at “Shear Roots by Reece Salon”. I took a picture with me to the appointment as to the haircut & style I wanted. I was very pleased with the outcome. Reece is a true professional in her field. Today I set another appointment with Reece for another haircut & style.

Uncommunicative, dishonest, disrespectful of my time. Reese canceled on me last minute, citing some excuse about a family emergency. Which I was very understanding of, and more than willing to work with Reese on rescheduling my appointment, as she promised me a free haircut for the inconvenience. Clearly this was just a ruse to get me to leave her alone, as she literally never responded to any of my follow-up texts, and refused to communicate with me any further. I’m very disappointed after very good feedback of hers. This lady made me drive for over 40 minutes for a hair consult which she never actually even touch my hair or look around my hair to let me know what I needed or don’t. She just said that she was gonna text me with the estimate and a date to set up an appointment and she never did it’s been over a week now and I have not received any information from her just yet.

I trusted Reese with my Virgin Hair, she worked her magic and it's beautiful. I went back to her almost 5-6 months later for baby lights and my Goodness I'm in love. She truly cares about the outcome and I'm so thankful for her great work.
