I would give Reese 283838293 stars if giving more than 5 was an option. When you move to a new area and you don’t know anyone, it’s hard to find someone to trust with your hair. My granddaughter referred me to Reece at “Shear Roots by Reece Salon”. I took a picture with me to the appointment as to the haircut & style I wanted. I was very pleased with the outcome. Reece is a true professional in her field. Today I set another appointment with Reece for another haircut & style.
Uncommunicative, dishonest, disrespectful of my time. Reese canceled on me last minute, citing some excuse about a family emergency. Which I was very understanding of, and more than willing to work with Reese on rescheduling my appointment, as she promised me a free haircut for the inconvenience. Clearly this was just a ruse to get me to leave her alone, as she literally never responded to any of my follow-up texts, and refused to communicate with me any further.
