I was interested in a rental they managed. My wife and I showed up 15 minutes early and the agent didnt show up until 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Then the agent has the audacity to try to lecture me on how I'm supposed to be running my business. Whatever her name was shouldn't be aloud contact with public. Ever. I've never dealt with someone so rude. As someone who managed rentals for 10 years I absolutely feel bad for whatever landlord uses this company to manage or even show their units.
