Not Impressed When we were looking to buy a home here in Phelan, this was the first place we went to. I don't remember the realtor's name but a man took us to see a few houses in the area. He took us to the first property that was a mobile home that they were boxing in and putting stucco on the outside of it to make it look like a site built home.
