Been coming here for years and setting up an appointment is such a hassle. The online booking system doesn't even work and whenever I do set one up, there's no one who acknowledges you when you walk in to confirm or to even set one up. I've noticed 3 of my favorite hairdressers don't even work here anymore over the years I've been coming and I'm beyond grateful they've given me their personal info to follow them.
