I booked an appointment online for 530 to get my grandson‘s haircut for school tomorrow. Booking online asked for my credit card and a deposit. The hours say they’re open until 630. I drove to my appointment at 5:30 and they were closed. I then got a text at 6:35 from somebody saying sorry I just saw your appointment booked. Would I like to reschedule? That was very bad service. I will never book or use them again.

Sarina did so great on my wash and haircut, it came out the way I wanted , long layers with feather look, love it, definitely returning to her. Thank you , Jojo

Beware of new owner !!!! We used to go here for years and loved it but now … idk. The new owner royally screwed up. My poor grandma now has what looks like a jet black Elvis wig on her hair when we wanted brown!! Sure we “ picked the color” from the swatches in the book but any professional should tell you BEFORE the appointment that the color in the book is not how it will look on her head… we don’t know that bc we are not the professionals!!! Regret coming here! I should have known better coming here after hearing how sluggish and draggy this person was on the phone when I called to ask if they took walk ins. She spoke as if she was tired and unenergized the entire time while I was at the saloon. I asked to cut off what was dry at the bottom and give her side bangs..
