I have my hair done often but my hair dresser retired.. well won't go back here. Got highlights. Yes I have red hair. But I have done it before. My hair has never been so over processed. Dry and brittle. All she could say yes she had to process it to get it blonde. Lol. I have pics of it being done before and this is the worst..I wouldn't even give one star
