i never said platinum, their is dimension in the first pic and none in mine and the roots are not even blended. the lady was super nice tho.

Went from looking borderline appalling to down right appealing. Called in about an hour before close on a Friday, She was in middle of doing some hair dye on another customer, but was willing to fit me in to "chop the mop off the top" (my overly grown out winter due) and remove the "crumb catcher" and "dirt squirrel" (beard and mustache). Very appealing atmosphere and a lovely hair stylist salon owner. Definitely recommend and will be using her services in the future to keep me groomed.
