great, quick place to go for a $5 walk-in nail trim
3 1/2 hours for a haircut. Ridiculous. When I told them that was unacceptable they said if that's not satisfactory then I should get a 8:30 appt and 3 1/2 to 4 hours is acceptable. I told them they made the appt. Time. I'm done with them.
Shear Magic has been a blessing! My dogs both love going there and run in the door every time! My Wheaten used to go to Petsmart and he was scared and tried to run the other way. Clearly, he was trying to tell me something. Because of that, I feel very comfortable that he likes Shear Magic so much he runs inside instead of away!
Extremely friendly staff! Brought my Weimaraner to them twice now and they do a great job. Jäger and I will be seeing you again soon. Thanks again, and keep up the great work!
I love these ladies. Very professional and loving. My dog doesn't like to cooperate but they handle her very well.
