My hair got hacked up. I went in with long hair I could wear curly or straighten. Asked for as little to be cut off as needed because I'm growing my hair out to donate. I left with hair that doesn't all get held by a scrunchie, way over thinned, and horrible layers. I'd call it a mullet. It's too thin to do anything with now (I have unreasonably thick hair). I’ve never had a wash before but I really enjoyed it and the cut looks perfect! Very friendly! Got me in right away! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Oh and she doesn’t charge extra for the wash! Thank you Nancy!
