Lori knows each customer by his/her first name. She genuinely loves her clients. Hugs are free! When my mom (in her 80s) had surgery and felt too tired to get out, Lori called us to check up on my mom and could hear depression in her voice. She offered to come to the house and fix Moms hair to lift her mood, and, just being with Lori always does that! Laurie does a fabulous job layering my curly hair and dying it. She's wonderful to talk to and listens to how you want your hair styled. I would definitely recommend.
Maggie was wonderful. It was my first visit and she made me feel welcome and listened to what I wanted. She gave me a beautiful cut and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it.
