This was our first time going & it was very comfortable and welcoming! Katie was so patient and friendly. he had a scissor only cut and it turned out perfect! He even allowed the cape on him!! Despite his sensory issues, he did amazing! We can't wait to go back and see Katie again!
I don’t usually leave reviews on things, But I felt like Ellie needed a huge shout out. We came in for my daughter and I to get ear piercings, and also ended up getting my son’s haircut. Ellie made us feel important! She didn’t rush us(we didn’t have an appt), she thoroughly explained everything, without making it seem like it was her every day job, she made it seem as if our feelings and thoughts/questions mattered. We took our 21 month old for his first haircut and we were nervous about his ability to sit still and not cry when scissors came near him. It turns out, he was comfortable before he even got to the chair, thanks to the waiting area full of toys both to use and for purchase. Then he got to sit in a Paw Patrol car and he loved “driving”!
