Don't do it! The woman who did my daughters haircut was great but when it came to getting her ears pierced that was another story. One of the piercers complete missed the dot and got the gun stuck on my baby's ear. She was hyperventilating and the only thing we could do was take them out. She went through the whole process and trauma to leave with no earrings (she's 4)! She literally did the piercing so low on her ear that one little knick would have ripped her lobe! Katie is our absolute FAVORITE stylist here! She saw my son and managed to tame his cowlick and make fast friends with him, now we would never consider leaving Miss Katie! I’d love to give 5 stars but it is a little hard to get ahold of the location to make an appointment or ask questions, so book online. Seems it probably due to understaffing because when we’ve been there it’s only Katie and she’s trying to cut, answer phones, manage the front desk and keep the kiddos comfortable. That being said, 5 stars for Katie!
We had my daughter’s birthday party and it was great! The staff was so friendly, the room was so cute and the kids all had a blast! Really enjoyed and would recommend for anyone looking for a party that keeps kids engaged and happy!
First time bringing my son to get his first haircut. Sandra did such a great job she was so patient with my son. Definitely will be coming back.
