This place is truly hit or miss. It’s a cute place with nice stations for kids to get their haircuts— but your experience here will completely depend on the staff that is present. We’ve been here several times. Sometimes they do a nice job and are kind to our autistic son, other times they have been rude and impatient and he left with a bad cut. I have always taken my boys here and we have never had haircuts turn out so awful before. My husband is to the point of just wanting to buzz all their hair off. I have never seen this group of staff before and they were not welcoming and you could tell they did not want to be there. I booked both boys for a 5 and somehow they ended up with the same stylist and we ended up being there for an hour with hair that is unblended and completely uneven.
My grandson has been a hard kid to cut his hair. He for some reason is afraid and gets very antsy while doing so. So glad I found this place!
Natasha is amazing!!! She is so amazing with kids and so patient. She is definitely talented!!!
