Staff is very patient with kids who do not like to sit still and remain very focused on task at hand.
Honestly we have been to this one 4 times. Out of 4,3 were not great cuts. Sorry to say that this is our last time visiting this establishment. Owner: To you, my 3-year-old might be one of 10,000 haircuts, but to us, he is a trusting child who sat in your chair multiple times, only for us to be disappointed. Your job as the owner is to ensure quality, and your response shows you care more about defending your reputation than addressing a legitimate failure. All of the ladies are super nice. They are patient and do an excellent job! She was able to calm my toddler and make him feel comfortable.
