My son got his first ever haircut yesterday with Olivia. I had no examples picture of what I wanted but she walked me through my options, which I so appreciated. She also moved very gently and quickly while my son shed some tears. By the end of it he stopped crying and was looking SO cute. I’m obsessed! Thanks for giving us such a great experience.
Very disappointed fo my son's first hair cut. I tried to explain over and over I wanted it shorter she left it uneven and choppy , but she wasn't comprehending. finally I said forget it , she didn't even clean him up, didn't wipe hair off his face or anything. our appt was at 4pm they didn't get us back until 420pm I should of read all the reviews first this location isn't it. the one in KCMO is wayyyy better! very disappointed
