Terrible Place. I have been coloring my hair for over 35 years..never a problem. I now have 2nd degree burns on my head, and my hair feels burnt also. I told Carol it was burning, I asked if it would burn my head and hair she said no. She said she didn't put in some burn elixir and it was to late to add it. She asked if she take it off, well your the professional right, you should have known.And you just told me it wouldn't burn my head and hair. Horrible experience, talking with a lawyer.
Carol does my manicure every week. The salon is clean, parking is easy and the price is very reasonable. I'm never kept waiting. The place isn't fancy but it is a no hassle experience.
THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! Save yourself and just go to supercuts!!!!!
