The colorist was wonderful, but the color was a little different than I thought it would be. I thought there would be more red. The colorist and I were discussing ways to fix it, when who I assume was a manager came up and started asking questions. When I answered a question that had apparently been posed to the colorist instead of me (my mistake), she told me to "stop being ugly". I had 3 ft of beautiful hair. I show a picture to stylist and it's that popular bob with the straight bangs n curly back. She tells me yea I can do that I've done it a bunch. I had a Mullet ppl a Mullet from the 80s abyss. And the horrible way she styled it I couldn't see it but I still the first time walking out tried to not cry.
