Just had my dogs hair cut and groomed yesterday. He looks as if they did the hair cut with a chainsaw. 3 or more spots that are completely bare. Uncut hair left on head/ears even though I specified close cut around head, eyes and ears. They charged me $58 for the poorest grooming I have ever seen. I will never take my dog there again. We have used Shear Heaven for 10 years. We recently moved over an hour away and I still continue to drive in so they can do their excellent work on by Prince!!
It was Max's 1st time... Loved it! ❤ The staff is kind and accommodating. We'll be back with my Frenchie in tow.

nicest people ever! My dogs are both difficult one has back issues and the other is grumpy. they are always patient and kind with them both. plus they do a great job at a reasonable rate
