I’ve seen Dr Shear for 30+ years and never been disappointed. I’ve found him and his staff friendly and affable.
My experience with Dr. Shear was not favorable at all. This was my first visit, and I was having a very specific problem. He would not let me speak. He continually cut me off by holding up his hand and talking over me. He had no desire to listen to me and scoffed at everything I said. Believe me, I wasn't talking his ear off. I just had some details that I thought he needed to know. He sent me to have a MRI. I called for the results and the nurse said Dr. Shear did not find anything wrong with my MRI. He has his own agenda and doesn't listen to patient at all.
