This salon does not care about their customer at all. I went into this salon and told Nicole what what color I wanted my hair to be (dark ash brown) and she gave me the complete opposite! She left the bleach in my hair for over an hour (the timer was set for 30mins). She walked away doing 3 other girls hair all the the same time while she was doing my hair. Shelly is the absolute best hair dresser ever. She takes the time to listen to what you want and she takes whatever time is necessary to achieve the look you are hoping for. I went Saturday and walked out feeling like a new person . I was so happy with the cut and the highlighting. Before using Shelly I would have my hair done and walk out thinking "well it will look better when it grows a little" , or " it will look better when I get used to it. That never happens with Shelly.
