My Mom came in there and a lady gapped her hair. She didn’t fix it and still charged her $30 for that crap. Very unprofessional, the mess up is above her left ear. I’m glad everyone else had a good experience but this was very bad.
Crystal was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and she would ask me questions to make sure she understood what I was saying. The place is so cute and chic! I loved the whole experience!
