I love all of the hair stylists at Shear Excellence, but am not happy with how the management team treats their employees. I'm a customer who has purchased bulk haircut packages and even has multiple haircuts left to use, but I refuse to continue to support this business any further. I will be telling all of my friends and co-workers who go here as well. I'm sorry but actions and inactions have consequences. The consequence here is you've lost a loyal/paying customer.
Awesome place to sip a beer, be treated like a king, and have great conversation with a wonderful lady barber. Kayla was awesome! Highly recommend!
Shear Excellence always seems to find a way to exceed my expectations. Everyone here at the Ballantyne location is so knowledgeable and friendly. Hands down you will not find a better place or environment to get your haircut!
The Stylist, Jana, cut my significant others hair too short and decided to shave the sides. Now as adult male, he has to go about his business like he just hopped out of a hot wheels commercial.
This salon is extremely accommodating and hospitable with every interaction. On my first visit, I had my haircut by Jana and have used her only ever since! Jana is very professional, friendly, personable, and she listens! Highly recommend this salon and Jana!
