I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was warmly greeted by the receptionist, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. Xavier, the stylist I was scheduled with, did not acknowledge me until 15 minutes after our scheduled time—no apology or explanation, just a dismissive attitude.
