Butterscotch came in for a much needed visit with Sergio. When I picked him my dog up, he looked great and behaved as a pup despite his advanced years. I was given a tour of the premises, which were elegant, indeed! Marilyn kindly greeted me as she always has. It was wonderful to see the calm, clean atmosphere where other the dogs awaited their turn. I am pleased with that you have a beautiful, welcoming salon to groom our loving pets. I absolutly love this place! Deb and Mike are awesome with my Minnie! Unlike the chain stores where you dont get to talk to anyone, they are always available and will answer any and all questions you have not only pertaining to the grooming but health questions as well. They really love animals and it shows everytime you drop off and pick up your pet. They have pride in what they do, and it really shows. I am proud to say that Miss Minnie has her "spa days" exclusively at Shear Elegance!

Great place, great people, very welcoming, feels like home, treat your pets like their own - everything you want plus more from a groomer! Samantha is the BEST! My Zoey muffin has been to her twice and she has done a beautiful job on her, i HIGHLY recommend her to everyone I know with cats. Thank you once again, for taking the time and care you did on my baby girl.

My Ozzy looks so great! His long hair needed some extra attention and the groomer was done within 30 minutes! Will be back with my little guy in the future :) thank you!
