I had asked for a photo design and the guy that dis the acrylic had added a couple nails to small and fot irritated when I told him and I have been here one other time and I ket a learner do ny nail design and there were some bubbles that came up after about 5 days but I have the set I have now and theres already DARK bubbles on my LIGHT nails. I went to get a haircut, the lady was nice but my bangs are uneven and extremely thick. She just chopped my hair and I am very unhappy with it.

We called 45 minutes prior to nail appt to make sure they accepted card and were told our appt had to be rescheduled due to staffing. Okay no biggie rescheduled for the next day. There was ONE person working, doing 3 peoples nails at the same time. There was a language barrier with the nail tech so we told her two times we wanted the nails shorter and she just shook her head because she couldn’t understand what we were saying.
