This was really not a good experience. I was never told any product that was being used on my face or what it was used for. There were three separate times of allowing a product dry out, the first was 10 minutes and the second were 5 minutes each totaling at least 20 minutes of me just laying there. This is my go-to since 2002! On a referral, I have gone short to long to short and every time a good cut. I appreciate they will dry cut as that's best for me. All the ladies are well trained and know their craft!
