This happened 2 months ago and I have yet to hear back from the business. The stylist was very informative but the business practices are predatory and take advantage of new clientele. As a new customer I called to ask quite a few questions before making my appointment as I stressed I was not familiar with their salon. They were helpful in suggesting a stylist however they did not mention the price of the stylist they happened to suggest was one of their most expensive. The stylist Cristina C. was great,friendly,had nice conversation with her,love how my hair looks,and Lis D the one that did the waxing on my eyebrows did a great job,made sure my brows looked good.gave me some pointers on my brows also.

Got a balayage and haircut by Inci and I am so pleased with it!! She really took the time understand what I wanted and made it happen! Highly recommend her! The salon was also nice as well -- very clean and spacious and handles the COVID-19 salon approach responsibly.

I am from out of town and a local recommended Shear Ego. I feel like a new person after an hour with Emily. She is talented and welcoming. Her bubbly personality put me at ease.
these people are only trying to get your money. no courtesy. they charged $170 for two young girls that were not sure about the hairstyle they wanted. In short they took advantage of their youth. stay away! there are much better places to get your hai done
