I have been a customer of this salon for a long time. My last visit in was not a good experience. My hair looks terrible. I am currently wearing a hair piece just so I could go to work. Called the salon and left a voicemail for the manager and no one has bothered to call me back. I just wanted my color corrected but I guess they don't care about customer service.
