First impression walking in wasn’t of product but the people. When I walked they were bad mouthing about a client who I just walked out. So immediately I’m afraid cause I had just lost a family member so I didn’t want to seem that way so they’d talk bad about me. I’d say save that talk for break room. I asked her to cut a little bit the lady chopped off much more than I hoped .

I have been really nervous about going back to a salon to get my hair cut but the gal that I seen today did AMAZING! She did EVERYTHING right service was amazing prices were great I am going back there again for sure!!

I had a nightmare with Thereasa. I came in with a full head of very light blonde,which costs a lot to get blonde. I asked for a few lowlights just to break it up.. Keep the pale gold tone, keep mostly blonde,just a few light brown put in. I left with no blonde left. She wove the flat ash color in my hair.so tight it looked like a solid color. I mentioned i wanted dimension. I left looking like mud and it almost looked like a solid color. She could have just smeared ugly flat ash all over my head. It’s the ugliest I’ve looked... read more
