I am lucky to have been scheduled with Nebal. When i had My 1st appointment. Nebal is so sweet and kind. I am relaxed while she is doing my hair i could doze off lol. I love the color and cut she has given me. She is fantastic!!! I definitely recommend going to see Nebal.
