Rude & abrupt response to my in-person inquiry about appointment availability for a 'quick haircut' and cost. "We don't do 'quick haircuts' here." Ok- I stammered and tried to explain I've lost most of my hair (balding from thyroid disease) and I was cut off: "We don't do deals". I was told there was an opening in 15 minutes. Perfect.
