In my experience, Shear Country is the best salon in Texarkana. They're conveniently located, right off McKnight Blvd. The decor is brilliantly a colored shabby chic, very comfortable, & immaculately clean with a clean restroom. Diane & the others stay up-to-date, with cutting, coloring & styling skills that are on-trend. It's a fun, friendly atmosphere - a great place to get pampered. I leave there happy, every single time!
