Can't wait to go back!!!!!! – was extremely please with the services my husband and I received at the spa. I am now going to continue to go a monthly basis for my facials and massages. Great salon and stylists – This is a great hair salon! I've been going there for the past two years, ever since I've moved into the area. I've been getting my hair done by Coco, and she is great! She has given me trims, highlights, and even did my hair for my wedding - my hair always looks beautiful, and everyone asks me where I got it done. Everyone working there is very nice and friendly and for the high level of haircare that you get, the prices are very reasonable!
Great Salon... Helena (Sugar) best hairdresser ever!! – You people are nuts! I have been going to Shear Bliss for 6 years. I have always found everyone to be fantastic. Average salon, premium pricing – Just to add my two cents, I went to this salon for a cut and blow out and was told it would cost $65, it cost$135!?
I was very, very disappointed. The cut was poor, they just trimmed my hair, they added no texture or volume, and the blow out lasted only an hour on a dry day.
And yes they really do cheat you at the door. I didn't think places could still do that with sites like this and general trade standards, but they do.

Mean & Nasty – Nastiest, cheapest run place I have ever been, and I been to some bad hair salons. Staff are gossipy, ugly and crude, and they did not know what to do with my gorgeous thick latina hair. Its not even very curly, just thick and long, but i walked out looking a hot mess.
How do you open a hair salon in NYC and not be able to do a blow-out?
And yes people they cheat you at the door on your way out.
Go uptown for some hair love, downtown just blew me out.
