This salon thinks that it's acceptable to double book their clients. I was there for 3 hours during my first visit for partial highlights and a hair cut on short hair. Not only that, it's a cold uncomfortable setting. I was going to give the stylist another chance and re-booked. Silly me...when I called to ask if I was double booked again, I was told that this is what they do. GOODBYE...BTW, my time is valuable too!
