Amber is amazing! Personable and professional as always!
It was my first time here. I was nervous. The other people I've gone to the last 4+years ruined my hair every time! Amber put me at ease right away. So easy to talk to. And she's a good listener too! She fixed my damaged hair and actually did what I asked for! I feel a hundred times better with my new hair.
Amber kept in mind that I needed to do what was healthiest for my hair. I like that that was important to her. I went to Amber wanting something totally different, but I was concerned. My hair had been neglected ever since it started thinning RAPIDLY. Amber actually took a conservative approach. She absolutely was amazing with the coloring! I always love seeing Amber! She consistently does an amazing job with my hair and always delivers exactly what I ask for. The chats make the time fly by, and having snacks and drinks is such a nice perk! Her suite is super cute and welcoming, and her assistant Kaley is fantastic too. Highly recommend Shear Beauty MKE!
