First appointment…as soon as I’m in the chair stylist is checking her phone for personal reasons. Shampoo was nice, attention to detail same, haircut good. 2nd appointment stylist is on her phone checking personal messages as soon as I’m in the chair(?). No shampoo, no finish detail . It’s an ugly haircut . I’m not happy. I paid $45 plus tip for a Costcutters haircut . You needed to know
