I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for years and this was the worst experience I have had. I had streaks all throughout my hair and my extensions have slipped pretty much off my head after only 3 weeks since the move up. My hair feels ruined. Although the stylists were super sweet it was far from what I wanted and would like a refund. Shear attitude lived up to its name - pure attitude from the time I walked in. Scheduled a haircut with someone other than my normal person. Arrived at few minutes early and sat for 30 minutes. No one bothered to check on me, the receptionist (most attitude) was too busy with her phone to care. Finally asked how much longer I needed to wait and again got attitude . Best Salon EVER! I have been going to Jennifer for over 10 years now. We have gone from Brown to Red to Blonde and even to my natural SILVER, and every shade in between. Most recently my FIRE HAIR. She even does my weekly blowouts, thank goodness. She specializes in hair extensions too, which I haven't done YET but I am having a hard time talking myself out of... The atmosphere is very friendly and happy with a fun crew who love and support each other. Don't walk, RUN to this salon.
This salon is a personal, positive reinforcing haven for me right now! I'm going through chemo and Nahzima, my stylist, is so understanding and knowledgeable about my needs. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing this kind of attention.
