I had a haircut and was puzzled by the way the owner was arguing with her employee in front of the customers? I had seen shalon who was very professional and does a great job and that’s the only reason this place gets two stars.

It was my first time at Shear and my experience with Kasia was wonderful. She is phenomenal, I definitely recommend her. I explained to her what I didn’t like about my hair and she knew exactly what to do. Kasia gave my hair the dimension I was looking for adding both highlights and lowlights to my hair. She also explained how glaze will benefit my previously damaged hair and even gave me pointers on how to treat my hair at home to help repair it so it is healthy and full. I had my first and last experience going to Shear Artistry. I consulted with the stylist Kasia prior to beginning that I wanted my hair to eventually be a lighter shade of brown. We discussed that it would need to happen in stages, best done gradually through a series of highlights over time. We decided to do a root touch up and highlights that would be a lighter brown or caramel to help me get to where I wanted to be down the road. Since I can remember Kasia has always been doing my hair. She always does fabulous job when it comes to color and haircut. She is my styling for life :) I highly recommend her services.
