My appointment was for 2:30PM and it’s almost 4:00PM and I have yet to be seen by the doctor. When I inquired about why I have not yet been seen, I was advised that they do not know, and that there are three patients ahead of me. Update: Doctor was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He apologized for the long wait and said he would look into what happened.
Love Dr. Shear, He has a wonderful bedside manner and his staff is great!!!
