I have a regular hairdresser there who I LOVE, and has always done a great job. I should have waited for her to have an opening... that's on me. Major mistake, but I was pressed for time because of a sudden upcoming event. The hairdresser I got was nice, but when she started doing a dry cut on me I was afraid this was not going to go well. It was a substantial cut (5+ inches). Went in yesterday with long heavy split end hair. And when I left I couldnt stop smiling, this morning I still cant believe Olivia has done magic to my thick unruly hair. Shes amazing!! the front desk lady was very rude and the hair dresser rushed my cut and didnt even blow dry me and the when i was getting my brows waxed they rushed through it as well it was rude and hurt more then it should i dont recommend this place at all
